2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Planet88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not legally prohibited from participating in online betting activities
• Never previously held a Planet88 account that was suspended or closed due to a terms violation
• Register only one account for yourself — not on behalf of another person

3 User Account & Security

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6 Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting on Planet88 is final once confirmed in the system. You are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming. Planet88 will not void any confirmed bet on the grounds of a selection error by the member.

Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results issued by the relevant governing body of the match. In situations where a match is cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours, or ended before full time without an acceptable reason, Planet88 reserves the right to void the related bets and refund the stakes to the relevant members.

• Odds displayed are current and may change until the bet is confirmed
• In-play bets are final once confirmed, even if there is a delay in score updates
• Any bet accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds may be voided by Planet88

7 Casino & Slots Game Rules

All casino games on Planet88 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness in every spin and card hand. The outcome of all casino games is final and cannot be disputed once a round has concluded.

In the event of a technical disruption during a casino game session, Planet88 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet to the member's account. If a result was already displayed before the disruption was detected, that result stands. Planet88 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity or device issues on the member's end.

Planet88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any member's bets on any casino game, including Live Casino tables, without providing a reason. Table assignments and betting limits may be modified at any time by platform management.

8 Poker Rules

Planet88's poker tables are a player-versus-player environment. Planet88 does not participate as a player and acts solely as the table operator, collecting a rake (table fee) set for each pot. The rake rate is displayed in the table information before you join.

Collusion between players — cooperating to unfairly disadvantage others — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. The use of assistance software such as poker bots, real-time hand analysers, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.

• Players suspected of collusion or bot usage will be temporarily suspended pending investigation
